When your monthly service begins, we schedule a free in-home pre-inspection to walk through your property with you.
During this visit, the technicians will record areas of concern and discuss the types of tasks or repairs you’d like included in your monthly visits. Whether it’s tightening a leaky faucet, fixing drywall, or seasonal maintenance—we’ll make sure the plan works for you, your home and your lifestyle.
